## Description

Due to a family emergency I forced to sell my converted camping trailer. I will consider any serious offer. It has never been used and I have $25,000 in it. It has fully insulated walls and ceiling, while the floor has an insulation barrier under the laminate flooring. There are numerous 110v outlets inside and out with a GFCI outlet at the sink. There is a Murphy bunk bed mounted to the wall that is very easy to take up and down. There is a point of use sink that has a water heater. Simple wall switch activates the pump. Can easily store 15 gallons fresh water under the sinkwith 10 gallons for gray water with a quick disconnect that allows to drain to ground. There is an ac/heater that runs on either shore power or battery. There are a total of 10200wh of battery from two 48volt lithium batteries and an LV6548 inverter. There is 800watts of Solar on the roof, four panels. The trailer is being sold as is and I will answer any questions to serious buyers. The trailer has a clear title.
