The aluminum tube framework on the inside of the walls has 16" on center aluminum studs for the walls, ceiling and roof. The exterior of the trailer is a smooth.030 aluminum bonded side panel and a one-piece seamless walk-on aluminum roof. The floor is a 3/4" ply with a heavy duty black rubber coin floor. The two heavy duty axles are rated for 6,000 lbs. each with easy to tow 225/75R15 radial tires. The trailer was then converted into a food trailer with all of the extras including an Ansul fire suppression system that features a 12' hood with two adjustable AC powered turbine vents on the roof. The kitchen includes a type K (silver) fire extinguisher for grease fires and an ABC (red) all-purpose fire extinguisher's that are wall mounted. This trailer was finally made operational in late 2026. The trailer has an extended tongue with a 2 5/16" coupling mount that has an electric jack and rechargeable battery. There is plenty of room on the tongue for the propane cage that is mounted on the front of the trailer that includes two 100lb. propane tanks supplying more than 500,000 btu's to the cooking equipment on the inside of the trailer. The two side doors on the door side of the trailer provide additional convenience with the front side-door opening into a storage space that can easily be converted into an employee restroom that is accessible from the outside of the trailer. The second side-door is the entrance into the kitchen and is a 48" wide opening with a recreational screen door that helps with the air flow and makes it easier to move equipment inside or outside of the trailer. The back door of the trailer opens into a heavy duty ramp for additional easy access when moving equipment and cleaning the trailer. The two concession windows are 4'' and include an outside concession door to protect the glass when the trailer is in motion. The doors on the windows open into an awning over the glass and has hydraulic stabilizer lifts to reveal a 4'' glass window pane with a slider server window on each end of the window pane. There is a center shadow box window in between the two larger concession windows that has a wide screen television inside the box that will act as an electronic menu board. The 3 system wash/rinse/sanitize sink features overhead cabinets for storage. The hand sink is made into a cabinet that features an inside frame mounted safe with a combination lock and a drop slot for large currency bills. This trailer features both a 12 volt and 110 volt lighting system with wall switches that are conveniently located inside the kitchen entrance door. There are five GFI interior receptacles on their own breaker box and another GFI outlet on the outside of the trailer. The trailer has a roof mounted air conditioner and heater that is thermostatically controlled from the inside of the trailer. There is a manual 14"" roof vent for additional air flow. Now imagine this - the food trailer business is ready to go live with it's name, registration and web name reserved and ready to go. We registered the name American Comfort Food as an LLC with the state of New York. We also reserved the web address with godaddy.com and is reserved as americancomfortfood.com. It's included with the sale of the trailer. Additionally, we have secured the use of some nice artwork that can be mounted to the outside of the trailer and on the menu board. The artwork includes a rooster, pig and cow. The trailer today is in Zimmerman, MN but will be moved to Winchester, Kentucky on October 14, 2026.
